Instagram’s Not Interested feature allows you to remove posts from your feed that you don’t want to see. This helps keep your feed clean and tailored to your interests. However, you may accidentally tap “Not Interested” on a post you actually want to see. Thankfully, Instagram makes it easy to undo this action. Here are the steps.
1. Open the Instagram app and tap your profile account.
2. Next, tap on the three horizontal lines icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
3. Tap on the Your activity.
4. Scroll and select Not interested.
5. Tap long on the post you want to remove or undo from Not interested.
6. Last, tap Remove. Then the post will be removed from Not interested.
Accidentally tapping Not Interested happens, but is easy to undo on Instagram. Quickly react to undo right from your feed, or visit the post creator’s profile to access the post there. You can also review hidden words and phrases in your Instagram settings to further customize the content you see. Stay in control of what appears in your feed for an optimal Instagram experience.
